What visitors say

★★★★★

“Avoid this company at all costs. I booked the kayaking tour but unfortunately the weather on the day was very windy. They did not contact me to say the tour would not be going ahead, I had to call them. Then, they said they would provide a refund but did not. I had to go through my bank in order to get the refund. This company is very difficult to contact if you have any issues and I wouldn’t trust them with your money.”

“Made two booking with this company one cancelled theother gave what appeared to be a fake address. Have made numerous phone calls and several emails with no response, no refund no apology. If I could give less than one star I would.”

“Was there last week 😡 they scammed us on 160 €! My girlfriend gave me 4 hours wind foiling lesson in present for my 50 years birthday. And she had pre-paid 160 €. We came at 10. There was no wind at that time but the forecast said it will increase. So Jonathan (the owner/manager) said we can wait on the beach and lend me a SUP meanwhile and he said he will call us. At 11 am when the wind started we tried to call Jonathan, but no answer. So went back to the shop asking the guy working to call him. Jonathan answered and he said he will book a new time for me the next day or Friday and if there will be no wind we will get the money back. The wind was good the next day. I tried to call Jonathan but no answer. I tried to call from a different number, he answered but hang up when he heard it was me. I spent hours trying to connect them but they blocked all numbers and didn’t answer any call. What business are doing that for 160€ it’s embarrassing behaviour. I see now I am not the only one.”
